Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
1. Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how Pennom Agency LLC ("Pennom," "we," "us," or "our"), a Pennsylvania-based full-stack development, digital marketing, and AI automation agency, collects, uses, and protects information when you visit pennom.com (the "Site") or submit a project inquiry to us.
By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not submit information through the Site.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information you voluntarily provide when you fill out our project inquiry form, including your name, work email address, company/organization, estimated budget range, preferred timeline, service interest, and any project details or message you write.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you browse the Site — such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited — which our hosting and content delivery infrastructure logs for security, abuse prevention, and performance purposes.
- Contact & project details you submit through our inquiry form
- Technical/log data collected automatically by our hosting infrastructure
- Blog page view counts, which are aggregate and not tied to your identity
3. Cookies & Tracking
The public Site does not currently use advertising or analytics tracking cookies (such as Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel). We do not run cross-site ad retargeting on pennom.com today.
If we introduce analytics or advertising tracking technologies in the future — for example, to measure our own marketing performance — we will update this policy accordingly before doing so.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit through our inquiry form to:
- Respond to your project inquiry and provide a quote or proposal
- Communicate with you about your project via email or phone
- Understand demand for our development, marketing, and AI automation services so we can improve them
- Maintain internal records of client and prospect communications
5. How We Store & Protect Your Information
Inquiry data is transmitted over an encrypted (SSL/TLS) connection and stored in a MongoDB Atlas database. Any images or files associated with our Site (such as blog and gallery photos) are stored via Cloudflare R2 object storage.
Access to stored inquiry data is restricted to authorized Pennom personnel through our internal admin portal, which requires authentication to view.
No method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties.
We share information only with infrastructure providers who process it on our behalf to operate the Site — currently MongoDB Atlas (database hosting) and Cloudflare (object storage and content delivery) — or when required by law, to enforce our Terms & Conditions, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Pennom or others.
If you schedule a call through the "Book a Slot" links on our Site, you will be directed to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service, whose own privacy policy governs the information you provide there.
7. Data Retention
We retain project inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, maintain a record of prospective and past client communications, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion of your information at any time as described below.
8. Your Privacy Rights
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted to us. We will respond to reasonable requests within a reasonable timeframe.
If you are a California resident, you have the right to request disclosure of the categories of personal information we collect and to request deletion of that information, consistent with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). As stated above, we do not sell personal information.
9. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for business use and is not directed at, nor do we knowingly collect information from, individuals under the age of 16.
10. International Visitors
Pennom is based in Pennsylvania, USA, and the information we collect is stored and processed in the United States. If you access the Site from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be reflected here before taking effect.
12. Contact Us
For any questions about this Privacy Policy, or to make a request regarding your information, contact us through our contact form, by phone at +1 (215) 444-3535, or by email at hello@pennom.com.
